Baked Strata Recipe

This is more of a savory bread pudding than a strata (technically you would layer the ingredients for a proper strata)
This is a great recipe to have in your back pocket if you find yourself losing inspiration mid-week. Our fresh bread was looking less fresh by the day, I needed to use the spinach before it went bad but I wasn’t in the mood for a salad and I had some leftover chicken from a previous meal.
This recipe could be made to incorporate any extra vegetables or meat that you need to use up in your fridge. Enjoy!
