I am a registered Dietitian, I practice a weight inclusive, anti-diet approach with my clients. Food should be enjoyed - meals, snacks, grocery shopping should all be positive experiences rather than stressful ones. I believe that all foods fit and I reject the “good/bad” dichotomy culture that has been created around food. With this focus in mind, I work with my clients to set realistic goals and create sustainable changes in their behavior to improve their relationship with food.

We’re living in a world where "nutrition information” is a google search away, but people still experience a lot of difficulty when it comes to their food choices. Working with a Registered Dietitian ensures that you’re getting accurate, evidence-based information from a qualified professional.
